These are a very full fit (over) trouser, having a bottom-of-leg cuff measure on the smaller waist sizes of 11"

Note re sizes; these are physical tape-measured stats. This style of trouser will enable you to go 'up one' and adjust the waist accordingly with the tie-cord.
